Shipping policy

DOMESTIC ORDERS (Australia) are shipped via Aus Post

Shipping is free on all orders above $100, for all orders under $100:

Australia Post Standard (2–8 business days): $10
Australia Post Express (1–3 business days): $15

These shipping timeframes are subject to Australia Post and may see delays during busy times, particularly during sale periods and in the lead up to the festive season.

Orders will be dispatched from Splash Sally HQ based in Margaret River, WA, Australia. Please note that orders may be delayed by one business day during WA public holidays.

• Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days
• All orders will be provided with a tracking number via email. If you do not receive this please contact hello@splashsally.com

• We are not liable for incorrect information given to us when shipping information is asked at check out. If the shipping address provided is not correct we are not required to refund you. As a customer, you are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.
• Splash sally is not liable if your parcel is stolen if you requested safe drop, or wrote a delivery instruction to leave your parcel unattended.
